“At 57 I started surfing, and now I'm HOOKED! I feel free and at peace when I surf - completely in the present moment where nothing exists but my breath, the ocean, my board and the waves.”

-Lisa Alfano

“I was so inspired over the years seeing Lisa, a fellow triathlete and colleague, try her hand at surfing that I eventually booked my own trip to Hawaii where I could learn to surf.”

— Jaime Walters

 SURF Lesson / session Details

  • What to expect

We’ll do some stretching before getting in the water and a safety talk about the conditions.
